Very professional and caring.

Given their multiple 5-star reviews, we selected Blind Spot for our new window shutters. From the moment we stepped in their Rocklin showroom, to having Jeannie come to our home for measurements, to finally, the installation, it's clear why Blind Spot is consistently a 5-star review. The exceptional care, concern and customer service is what sets Blind Spot apart from other window covering businesses. We highly recommend Jeannie and Blind Spot for your window covering needs. Thank you Jeannie!

Great company, awesome products! Great Sales and Installation staff.

They were friendly, on time, and very professional. We had shudders installed on ten windows and the installation went smooth with no issues. This is our second purchase from Blind Spot and will use them in the future.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process of ordering our blinds was seamless, and every step was handled with professionalism and expertise. Jeanine was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the perfect options for our home.

The installation team Jake and Logan were efficient, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They paid close attention to every detail, left everything clean, and made sure everything was installed perfectly.

What really set them apart was their exceptional follow-up. They went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied and addressed every detail with care. It’s rare to find a company that provides this level of customer service. We highly recommend Blind Spot to anyone looking for quality products, expert installation, and outstanding customer care!
